COUNTRY ESTATE POOL HOUSE AND PAVILION
Capital Interiors completed the main house at Ballinger in 2016, and we are delighted to have been awarded the project for the design and construction of a new pool house and spa pavilion in the grounds of this beautiful country house. This project is on site and will complete in the spring of 2019.
ALBERT HALL MANSIONS
Capital Interiors have been appointed to undertake the complete design and fit-out of a beautiful park view apartment at this well known address. Being a Grade II listed building, we have worked closely with all associated parties to ensure the works meet the exact requirements. Capital Interiors have also planned a further 2 properties in this development and have a strong understanding of all requirements relating to this building.
BASIL MANSIONS PENTHOUSE
Capital Interiors are currently on site at the prestigious address in Knightsbridge. Appointed directly by one of our loyal clients, Capital are building 3 penthouse apartments in the roof space. We have completed 7 apartments in the complex over the last 15 years and are delighted to be back at this address again.
TAPESTRY APARTMENTS PENTHOUSE
Capital Interiors have been appointed as the design and build contractors for this newly acquired penthouse apartment, and will be looking after all structural and planning submissions for the project. The owners are keen to add more space, new bespoke dressing rooms and high-end bathrooms to the property.
Capital Interiors continues to expand its small works division with the addition of a new works van.
